Until forming The Muhlstock Law Firm in early 2015, Todd D. Muhlstock was a partner in the firm Baker, Sanders, Barshay, Grossman, Fass, Muhlstock & Neuwirth, LLC (2005 – 2015) with extensive experience representing clients in various areas of the law, including Employment. Mr. Muhlstock was previously a partner in Sanders Grossman Fass & Muhlstock, P.C., which merged with Baker, Barshay & Neuwirth, LLP in 2004, thereby forming Baker, Sanders, Barshay, Grossman, Fass, Muhlstock & Neuwirth, LLC. He has handled numerous trials and several appeals in both state and federal courts, as well as many administrative agencies.

Mr. Muhlstock is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey, as well as the state courts of New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law for six years with Mergel, Tubman & Grossman, and worked for: the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Second Department, Attorney Grievance Committee; the law firm of O’Dwyer & Bernstein; the State of Florida Supreme Court Guardian Ad Litem Program; and served as a law clerk to New York State Supreme Court Justice Richard F. Braun. Mr. Muhlstock was a Continuing Legal Education Coordinator for the New York State Bar Association for twelve years. Currently he is a member of the American Association For Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Nassau County Bar Association and The New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Todd D. Muhlstock has lectured numerous times on the law for the New York State Bar Association, New York Law School (Labor/Employment Law), Manhattanville College and The City University of New York School of Law at Queens College, where he was the Managing Editor of the New York City Law Review and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996. He serves on the Board of Directors of A Gift From Alexa (a not for profit organization fighting the battle against Autism); he also serves as General Counsel to The Zeus Organization, LLC; serves on the Executive Committee of NYFAIR (New Yorkers for Fair Automobile Insurance Reform); has served on the Executive Committee of the New York Coalition of No Fault Attorneys; has served as a judge for the 30th Annual Robert F. Wagner National Moot Court Competition; has been a legal commentator for several years on COURT TV – appearing on CATHERINE CRIER & COMPANY, TRIAL HEAT and BOTH SIDES; and has twice lectured for the Justices of the Supreme Court Appellate Terms, First and Second Departments, at the New York State Judicial Institute.
