Stanley Sanders

Stanley J. Sanders is the founding partner of the Sanders Law Firm. He graduated Brooklyn Law School in 1966 and was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1967. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has been admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Among his charitable activities, Mr. Sanders was the Executive Vice President and Fund Raising Vice President for a total of four years at the Shelter Rock Jewish Center and was a member of the Board of Directors for many years. Mr. Sanders was instrumental in the building of a nursery school at the synagogue. He is a long time Board Member of the Library Board of the Jewish Theological Seminary and is underwriting a project to restore thousands of historically important texts that were damaged in a flood.

Stanley is Vice-President and a member of Board of Directors of the Holocaust Memorial and Educational Center of Nassau County for many years. He was instrumental in the building of a new museum and the renovation of the building in which it is housed.
