Malgorazata Rafalko

Malgorzata Rafalko received her Master of Laws degree with Honors from University of Warsaw in Poland in 1991. She attended Touro Law Center, earning her Master of Laws in U.S. Legal Studies degree, Magna Cum Laude, in January 2005.

While attending law school, Malgorzata worked for Baker & Barshay, LLP. She has almost four years experience in all aspects of No-Fault litigation and arbitration. Ms. Rafalko appears daily in Suffolk County courts. Ms. Rafalko is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, as well as the state courts of New York, and is currently a member of: New York State Bar Association.
