David Barshay

Mr. Barshay heads the firm’s Trial and Litigation Department, concentrating in complex litigation matters. Mr. Barshay has successfully tried hundreds of cases to verdict.

A frequent lecturer, Mr. Barshay is a regular columnist for the New York Law Journal, and has taught a trial course for the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Barshay is a proud member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and Vice-President of New Yorkers for Fair Automobile Insurance Reform.

Mr. Barshay graduated with a B.S. in criminal justice with honors from St. Johns University, and received his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
