Cindy Simms

Cindy S. Simms served as Assistant General Counsel to the Transit Authority of the City of New York for over ten years and represented it in connection with personal injury claims and litigation.

Ms. Simms joined the Sanders Law Firm in 2004 where she concentrates in the representation of the firm’s clients in personal injury, bankruptcy, social security disability, criminal defense and traffic violation matters.

Ms. Simms graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1991 and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1992. She is also admitted to practice before the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
